If by de-index you mean disable any SEO / Meta tags, then have a look in your admin page at Forum > Components > SEO.
On this page, firstly under 'Page/Browser Title (SEO)' you can un-check any SEO options you don't want, also you can choose under 'Meta Tag Setup' on the right "Do not add any meta description to any forum pages" followed by "Do not add meta keywords to any forum pages"
Hope this is what you're looking for
you say de-index, which you cannot really do once google has it... but assume you mean keep it from crawling your forum... if not, please clarify...
out of curiosity, are you trying to hide all forum posts? or just specific ones? the latter is not currently possible within simple press as is... if the former, why? is it a private forum? in which case bots cannot index anyways... or are you more worried about the main group view page and forum view pages (despite saying posts)... just trying to understand your use case...
you can always use an robots.txt file in your wp root to tell bots not to index the forum pages...
