You would have to install the tinymce emotions plugin and then add it to the plugins and toolbar. I don’t know why you would want to as the built in smiley system is a lot easier and works more smoothly.

And what about this syntax highlighter? Are you saying you are having problems installing it?

Synthax Highligheter I understand how to work. I dont know add manually code in Setting. 

For emotion it’s only for consitude…but not important!

I a not aware of there being a ‘photobucket’ button. The authors of TinyMCE do not mention one.
