How to get Admins seeing the same thing?

Hi Team

We have 3 Admins for the Forum, and it’s getting hard to know who’s read what and answered topics.

Is there some documentation on how to handle this? We have one main Admin who does 90% of the topic answering. Then there’s another who oversees to make sure that things are being answered. Then there’s a third (me) and I’m just the backend admin guy.

But the two who are active in the Forum don’t see the same things inside the “Most recent topics with unread posts” window.

Here are the 3 windows of the 3 Admins – screenshots taken at the exact same time. And you can see that things look different:

So please describe how they should manage this.

The settings for each Admin are also EXACTLY the same – as I have logged in as each Admin and changed each one.

Please advise…Many thanks

Graeme

What are you trying to do?   Are you using the Admin Bar plugin?

what are you global admin site options?  not the user specific ones…

most recent topics with unread posts is user based… so each person would see a list specific to their past visits to the forum…

the admin bar, would be site specific and helps out with unseen posts in the forum…

We had the Admin Toolbar installed, but it was not activated for each Admin in their settings.

I will see now if the Admins have more success managing the Forum. Thanks.
