Hello!
I have a small issue. I loaded all the icons I need, format 40×40 px, in either jpg or png format. For only 2 forums the icon does not show in the main page but only when clicking on the forum it will appear. What is going wrong? You can check this on my forum (link in signature) and go to last group: form “Presentazioni” and forum “Salotto OT”.

Going to that link I certainly see different icons for all forums in the group view – i.e.,,. no pre-supplied, default icons.
My guess is perhaps that the forums in question had new posts in them? Possible? There are custom icons for all the different views? Basic forum, when there are new posts etc… If there is no custom icon for any particular condition it will revert to the defaults.
so on forum – forums – manage groups and forums, check the forum and see what custom icons are assigned… there are three custom icons needed if you change one… you could use the same one for all three, but you would lose insight into locked or unread posts in the forum…
uhm… I am lost 😀 I thought I needed only to insert the first so I had the icon showing. It works for all the forums, only 2 are not working. And for all of them the scenario is this:

ohhhhhhhhhhh maybe I get it! If there’s a new post the icon is different! Oh niceeee… for when I will have time to make more icon that is 😀 So that’s the problem then… I think!
Sorry, now that I read both your answers after “enlightment” I see that that is what you wrote 😀 Thanks I will add the same icon in the next 2 fields for now. Problem solved! 🙂
