well, we dont touch storage folders during an upgrade…  you were using them before?

I have uploaded a screencast – I don’t know why this is happening (well, we haven’t used it before. so maybe this is an additional plugin we have to install?)

Gosh – Looks like there has been a small corruption in the file although not sure how.

Are you able to make a small code edit OK? If so the file to edit is in your forum plugins folder /identities/sp-identities-plugin.php – 

line 127 currently reads:

function sp_identitiesstorage_save() {

and should be

function sp_identities_storage_save() {

and I will open a ticket here to get the plugin re-released.

Apologies for that – some sort of editing error that wasn’t picked up.

hard to see the video… does that storage location actually exist?

since you activated the plugin with the error, you may need to set it up manually…  or you could uninstall the Add Identities plugin and then reactivate it and let it create it…
