Is there any way to import messages and users from a SMF1.5 or PHPBB form into SP?
What I intend to is create each user and post individually. For me, there are not that many posts or users that I need carried over, but it would be nice if I could bring them all over to SP.

but couple notes… it has not been updated to 5.0 yet… and it has to have a clean forum to import into (ie not groups and forums)…
I thought I had searched a few days ago, but maybe I only searched in the 5.0 forums.
That does sound promising. I assume the 4.5 importer won’t work at all on 5.0? Do you have an estimate on when it will be ready for 5.0?
correct. it as developed for 4.4 and 4.5… we hope to have it ready for 5.0 before the final release of 5.0.
and as I said, which might pertain to your case, it needs a clean forum (no groups, forums, etc)… so installing 4.5, importing and then upgrading to 5.0 is still viable…
