impossible to transfer files. in mo / sp-resources/forum-language/simple-press
I worry that as:
Command: STOR-spa fr.mo
Response: 550-spa fr.mo: Permission denied
Error: Critical error during file transfer
how can I transfer my files, why it does not work on these issues while everywhere else it works?!

we have had a small number of users where the folders have been created using the wrong ‘owner’.
The quickest and easiest way to correct this is probably to ask your hosting support to correct it. Ask them to check and fix the ‘ownership’ of the wp-content/sp-resources folder and it’s sub-folders.
