Is there a thread to report error logs?

or should I just post them as I see them?  for example I cleared my error log and these three popped up in the error log as a notice, it says they are non important, but to notify

those are harmless notices….  but we clean em up when seen…  believe the first two are not with us anymore, and have corrected the pm one… that actually looks suspicious and might be more than harmless (though not a big deal)..  thanks…
