Is there any way to set size for linked images?

I know I can set them for uploads, but is there any way to set a constraint for image embeds? Thank-you

you could do it with css... by default wp and sp just allow embeds to take up the full content width available... assumes by constraint, you mean height and width since the file is not uploaded locally, memory size of the file is irrelevant...
