I set my rpxnow account for my site a long time ago but cannot remember which emai I used so I have set a new janrain account up and went through the settings for Facebook, Twitter, Google+ and Microsoft setup.
On the widget in simplepress forum I only see Facebook and Twitter buttons. Not Google+ and Microsoft.
On the test widget on Janrain.com I see all 4. Any ideas?
By the way the reason I needed to go into Janrain was because of Google login does not work anymore. Google has closed the OpenID 2.0 login. So Google on your Demo forum does also not work right now.
So I wonder if the Janrain Google+ option work for you?

we have been toying with dropping the rpx stuff (janrain) since janrain has not really kept up… and there are better choices…
to be honest, been planning on removing for close to a year… just lazy and not wanting to break something that has mostly been working… but if its starting to fail might be time to punch and just let other wp plugins handle it…

just google wordpress social login… lots of choices…
