If a moderator or admin edited a pots in version 4.5.1 there was an indication of the fact that this had occurred and at what time.

I am sure that this facility exists on V5.x, how do I enable it.

It's still there. Along the top of each post is the edit info is., indeed, the post has been subject to an edit. We used to get a lot of complaints about showing it inline with the post content.
