Must be some conflict between the pluging “Login Login With Ajax” (integrated into my WP theme) and the head of the fórum, I supose…

In my tests I’ve done on the main login page can not be used via Login with Ajax or the search button, but works on the forum page. If SimplePress disable all working again.

This is what I’ve tried:

SimplePress ON – Login With Ajax ON=  Search and login in Home not working, but all Works in the fórum page.

SimplePress ON – Login With Ajax OFF=  Search works throughout the website.

SimplePress OFF- Login With Ajax ON= Search and Login works throughout the website.

I’m not sure there have been any reported problems using Ajax login with the forum, but if it’s not working then it’s not working.. Does anything in the console provide more information?

The console is in the “Error Log” section?

Login with Ajax and SimplePress have some kind of conflict, but it is curious: it occurs only on the main page:

http://www.nextn.es/

Various parts of the head of my WordPress theme do not load in the main page (the slider, animations of the menu, login, search), while in the forum page work properly:

http://www.nextn.es/forum/

The difference between the two pages was a slider on the home page, I’ve turned off, but continue to block things on the home page.

I have been reading the support fórums of Login With Ajax, and no similar errors. If I disable this plugin, everything works fine, if I turn off SimplePress, too. With version 4.5.1 I did not have this error. Login With Ajax is integrated into my theme.

No the console is part of a web browsers inspector, but I can’t see any errors – possible you’re not running it at the moment of course.

Is everything up to date? I.e theme, WP plugins etc..

Everything is updated, including my premium WordPress theme (last week came the latest update of my theme). The only thing that was not updated was SimplePress, but with version 4.5.1 all worked great.

I tried to disable all plugins, I have reinstalled WordPress, I have manually restored the WP-Admin and WP-Includes folders. All I see is that SimplePress and Login With Ajax not coexist 🙁

I have put a provisional menu button for the login, I hope we find a fast solution 🙁

I’m still not seeing any errors and everything seems to be loading correctly, the only thing I’ve noticed is that the login, register and search buttons all open a new window, and it looks like the only one that goes anywhere is the registration button..

If you have disabled the ajax login, as frustrating as it is it will be harder if not impossible to diagnose the problem, just wondering if that’s why everything appears to be fine for me.

It might help if you could maybe post a screenshot of the problem?

I left active for hours, but finally turned off. Not load the slider, login, search and other things on the homepage … So I put the LOGIN button in the menu.

Right now active again LOGIN WITH AJAX (LWA)

Also attached some pictures:

Homepage

00001 –> LWA OFF / LWA OFF

With LWA OFF, slider, search, widgets, etc., all Works.

00002 –> LWA OFF / LWA OFF

The drop-down menus works with LWA OFF

00003 –> LWA OFF

The search works

Forum

00004 –> LWA ON or OFF

Search, Login, etc. works

I tried disabling the slider, menus, removing all the widgets… the only things that causes problems are LWA and SimplePress000001.jpg000002.jpg000003.jpg000004.jpg

I’m just having a lot of error 500 in the last hours… by conflicts with the header scripts and problems with SimplePress tables.

File attached to this post (I can not paste in the post, contain too many links).

Lots of those are just notices.

I am sorry but I can’t work out from what you have said over the last few posts whether things are or are not working as they should.

having said that – looking at your attached file I do suspect whether you as a user have the permission to update your own database as there seem to be missing columns from db tables that should be there.

A few posts ago you seemed to be saying that everything was Ok unless you had a certain AJAX login plugin active. Is that not now the case?

Yes, now is active. I’ve left active in case you can see the problem

I wish that you know fix it.

I use this plugin for over a year using the version 4.5.1, it is very visual and is fully integrated with my WordPress theme. Yesterday I was testing alternatives, but any good.

I will disable the plugin for a few hours… I have found that do not charge the featured images also.

The only login I see is the standard WP login…

I am really unsure, as I have said, just what your issues are I am afraid.

As I said before, I can not leave activated Login With Ajax, because causes errors if SimplePress is also activated. I put a button on the menu, that simply is a link to the standard WP login, for users can log in, what you have seen.

I will now activate it again.
