Magic Member wont hide the Forum since updating to V5

What do i oversee? Because in the last Version everything was good and easy! Since i updated the Simple press the forum is   on the page even for people how donßt have the right membership level!

Can you check all of the permission set data? One or two users have had a problem with that data during the upgrade which is a problem we are still looking into.
