At the bottom of the forum are the stats…although we have users, members etc. it only shows the three admins in the stats nothing else, am I missing a function?

Are you using a custom theme? If so I suppose it is possible that something has happened to comment out or remove some of the template functions possibly accidentally.
Also, are you running any caching plugins? What timezone do you have set?
It is a custom theme…I will check with the developers to see what if anything they did. Time Zone is Toronto EST and I am not sure about caching plugins…I do not think so.
If it is a custom theme it’s definitely the first thing to check. See the spFoot.php in the themes template folder.
The other two suggestions were just shots in the dark really, I am not sure either would cause the other lists to not display. Timezone you have OK (Just avoid UTC) but it’s definitely worth checking to see if you are using a caching plugin, they are fine to use as long as you can properly exclude the forum from being cached as it displays on one page dynamically.
