SP Admin Forums – Custom Icons

It is showing as using this from the WP-Admin/CSS.

.icon32.icon-media, #icon-upload {
    background: url(“../images/icons32-vs.png?ver=20111206”) no-repeat scroll -251px -5px transparent;
}

id=icon-upload so WP CSS showing it?
