One of my moderators has discovered an odd issue. When he is logged in he can moderate and approve posts but as soon as he logs out, they disappear from his screen. The only difference is when he replies to a post, then it sticks. The obvious answer may be to not log out but he will have his own reasons for doing so.
I have tried a variety of permissions changes but it hasn’t worked. Any thoughts? BTW I am running the latest versions of WordPress & Simple Press.
what kind of permissions do guests have? can they see the posts he moderated?
and by stick, do you mean when he logs back in as moderator, he still has to approve the posts again?

Unregistered guests have read-only, no reply or post permissions
By “stick”, I meant if he replied with a generic response (which he would later delete) the post appeared even when the was logged out.
I will run a few tests to see if guests can read my moderated posts.

Still bit confused… There is no permission for moderated posts… Assuming you mean after moderation…
