Hey roberto,

If you have only just added a moderator, you might have to wait for them to appear in the stats section. Take a look at your settings in Forum > Options > General Display Settings, and on the right at the bottom – you will probably find your stats are set to update every hour.

I could be wrong, but I think everything in the footer is involved in the hourly refresh.

But.. How did you go about assigning this moderator? Adding users to the moderator usergroup?

Do they show up in the list as ‘Moderator’ in Forum > Admins > Manage Admins?

yes, I have assigned  the moderator with the Users group and he show in the list as moderator, but not show in forum page client side, I had already added a few days ago.

are the rest of your stats updating?

My problem  is not stats, I’d like that name ‘ s moderator  is showing in the forum.  
The moderator is: Mario or Carlo….

you said the moderator name is not appearing…  the only location, by default, it appears is in the stats…

hence all our questions about stats…  where do you want it to appear?  more information is better to help…
