Move post/topic notification

Hi there, if admin moves a post or topic, does the writer of the post or the contributors to the topic get notified in any way, and therefore know where to go to find it again. Thanks

Yes they are notified. A notification strip/banner will be shown above the forum when they next visit. This gives details of the change, a link to the new location and the option to remove the notification itself.
