er… 1 would have done it – these are all the same basic error after all.
So – for some reason the PM plugin seems to have not created your Pm tables. Not something we have any other reports about.
When did you install the PM plugin?
As it can not have been used can you try uninstalling it (NOT deactivating) and then re-activating?
With the latest update I noticed that there were two folders same plugin and delete one of them, possibly delete the correct folder.

forum admin > Plugin> Available Plugin> Private Message System had two, one deactivate, another activate and delete the deactivate.

It is as I explained, two p.m. plugin. One active, the other off. With an FTP client delete the plugin folder and and went up the new version of plugin. Since then I get the error mentioned.
