Absolutely – as soon as you have members in your members user group.

However – I see you are using WishList and WishList has some wrinkles when it comes to adding users. I would strongly recommend you have a quick read of this FAQQ (https://simple-press.com/documentation/codex/faq/how-to/how-to-configure-simple-press-with-membership-plugin/) which will avoid any issues if you set things up the way described.
