Not receiving email notifications from your forum

Hi,

As the title says, I don't receive an email when a topic I've started gets a reply.

I can't see any options in my Forum Profile to set this up or check it's activated.

When I go to my Forum Profile and click on the Subscriptions tab. I get the error you see in the attached image

The form has been updated. You should start receiving emails for your subscribed topics.
