Are you running any caching plugins? If so, you need to exclude the forum from being cached.

Not using any cashing plugins. I am suspecting that it might be related to some database issue. As you see from the second image, there is a gap which doesnt exist in the first image which might cause the issue.

Most curious, I have not seen something like that before.

So if you open the ordering panel (,like the image in the left) and perform a Save/Update does that clear things? And if not – are you able to look at your database tables to see if there is a rogue entry for some reason?

Saving doesnt work. I tried that before. If you can guide me, I can access and dig into the database tables.

you need to look into your db with a db management tool such as phpmyadmin… almost all hosts provide such a tool…

then look at the entries in the wp_sfforums table (your wp prefix might be other than wp_)…
