In our former asp.net forum, a topic or post got marked “Moved from…” when an admin moved it to another forum/topic. Kind of like quoting a post. Is there a similar setting or plugin in SP?

No there isn’t and this is something we have discussed before and have an open ticket on.

This idea sounds very simple. I will discuss it with the team to see if we could work it in somehow.
