Hi there,
Today I updated the Simple Press themes and plugins to their latest versions but noticed an error message when I go into the profile section. My site is http://locostmarketing.com/forum

Odd. Have you moved the domain or folder or anything? That os when I would expect this to happen.
Go to the forum admin > Toolbox > Housekeeping and click on the reset profile tabs and menus task.

Thanks YellowSwordfish that fixed the problem.
I did change my domain name but that was about a month ago, and it only started playing up yesterday. But after reading the error message a bit more carefully it did have a file path with my old domain in there.
Anyway its all OK now - thanks again for the awesome support in here. Simple Press rocks!
