"Profile Form Could Not Be Found"

Hey guys!

I’ve been getting this message whenever I try to edit a forum user’s profile. I took a screen shot in the image below.

I tried resetting the profile tabs and menus to no avail.

Any clues or ideas?

if you reset the profile tabs and menus in the housekeeping and are still getting this, it indicates a problem with either the simple press plugin files or a permission error on your server…

first, see if the form is there in the plugin…  wp-content/plugins/simple-press/forum/profile/forms/sp-form-account.php

is it there? if so, then likely a permissions problem and sp is not able to load that php file…  might check your server error log for any more info…

I will look into the issue from that angle, and post back with what I find.
