How do I set up a fully integrated member registration form in both WP/SP (customized to include username, age, gender, county and a TOS checkbox that is integrated to both wp and SP, with redirects the registered member of my site to my SP forum page after login and the wp home page after logout ?
Also how or can this registration infomation be put into their SP profile automatically ?

This is really outside the realms of SP I'm afraid, as I mentioned in the other thread, because all forum users are WP users, SP just uses the information - any membership plugin for WP should be 'integrated', as long as it adheres to the WP API.
Take a look at this article in the codex on using SP with a membership plugin, should explain every part that SP would be involved with. In this case the article is using Wishlist Member as an example, which is probably worth looking at as it's an incredibly popular plugin and we know it works great with SP!
