Is there away to remove the wordpress login box on the login page all together.. and require users to use their 3rd party logins.. also is there away to maybe add the login icons to the main forum page/problem-with-post-edit-buttonome page,,instead of having to hit the “login” button? kind of like the ladygaga.com site..

I have disabled registration within the settings for wordpress its self.. I only want users to post on the simple-press forum 5.0 i have installed on my site by using only their third party logins.. such as facebook and twitter..

afraid no one has ever asked for anything like that… and currently, no way to do that without some severe hacking of the core code… the rpx (left side) stuff requires the other login form to work currently (uses wp hooks/actions)…

your best bet might be to disable the inline login form and have the sp login link redirect to a 3rd party plugin that does something like that…

Well it is possible to rewrite the Wp login form and I believe there are plugins out there that do that. But SP is a forum plugin for WP and we don’t think that is within the scope of the project.
