Removing User from User Group

Hi there, 

 

I am trying hard to remove user from a user group:

 

No matter how I move them around, which button combination I click, after clicking again on this button

 

the users keep showing up in this group, unchanged. 

What am I doing wrong?

I managed to delete the users. 
I realized that I just need to select them … don’t add them anywhere and push the button to delete. 

Boom!
