I received an email suggesting I renew my Gold Legacy membership.
I followed the link and renewed, but now I am just Gold and not Gold Legacy. I thought the legacy accounts would retain previous privileges if renewed before expiry? Can you fix this for me?
Sorry, not sure what you want… if legacy Gold, you would be allowed to download any files until your membership expired… Renewing, you would become a standard gold member…

My understanding was that “Legacy” meant that existing subscriptions would retain their same level of access to programming when renewed. That would be the difference between “renewing” an existing service versus purchasing a new product.
legacy means that until the membership expires, we were honoring the commitments made at the time of that membership purchase… When the legacy gold membership expires which is then auto converted to gold… renewing gold would give you gold benefits… sorry, but there is no way to continue with a ‘legacy’ membership…
