Is there a way to have a reply to button on the forums?  If I am in the middle of a thread and find a post within one, I do not see how to reply to a specific post.  Rather I am forced to just reply and that reply appears at the end of the chain, not referenced to the post itself unless I quote.

On our forums those quotes can be rather lengthy.

In the older Vanilla forum we morphed from, there was a reply to that gave a @user name to the reply and indented it in the thread.  Even just adding the @user name to alert the original poster would be great.

Also, if I may, how do you have the below options show without always having to see them (subscribe, smileys, etc.)

On the last question then forum admin > options > global display options > turn in the integrated editor toolbar.

Currently Simple:Press does not support 'threaded' posts. Maybe one day but it is quite an architectural challenge to do properly and well. Vanilla is a 'big' forum application! They can do a lot of things we can't do.

Not sure what you are referring to when you say 'gave a @user name to the reply' but perhaps that is like our Simple:Press 'Mentions' plugin? Maybe?
