I did not see a way to access my ticket above, but it was in relation to displaying member data to other users and the question that was asked was am I using member manager. I am not and I do not see it as part of the plugin bundle that I bought.

Thanks for getting back to me. We have made some changes to the site and I hope that you don’t mind continuing the discussion here or in the forums.
We have a plugin for adding custom fields to the users profile, you can find it here https://simple-press.com/downloads/custom-profile-fields-plugin. This plugin allows you to create custom fields for the users to enter. For the information to show in the forum you need to do some minor tweaks to the forum templates. Let me know if this works for you and the needs you have.
