Unfortunately unless you have a backup of your database with the post intact to restore, there is no way of restoring anything deleted.

I believe a recycle bin / trash is something we want to implement but there is currently no eta.

I have plenty of backups but what is the best way to put it back? I don’t want to restore an older database.

I created a new topic with the same title and location which corrected the url. Then just needed to use a test site to recreate the posts. Not perfect but the SEO value of the post and it’s links which existed for several years is preserved.

So you managed to restore it OK?

In a backwards kind of way, yes.

Good to know, and also good that you managed to preserve the SEO attributes.
