Signature option not showing up

I’d like to edit one of my member’s signatures. However, the option seems to be missing entirely. I’m confused, because the Edit Signature tab shows up on other member’s profiles. What could be going on here? Are members able to remove that tab?

No they can’t hide or remove this tab on the edit profile form and I have been banging away for the last 20 minutes at lots of members here and am unable to replicate the edit signature button/tab not being there.

Can I ask if there is something odd or different about this users signature record?
