Site crashed, bot it back but lost about 4 weeks of posts

The site crashed/disappeared yesterday, Hostgater got it back from a back up from 2 days ago, but I’ve lost the last 4 weeks of posts and over 1000 members, can we retrieve them and the forum posts ?

simple press cannot do anything to restore lost data… if you have a backup from two days ago, how did you lose so much time from the forum??  isnt backed up as part of the site?  should be… but that is under your server control…
