Strange Error

Hey guys,

First off I just want to say I LOVE Simple Press!!

Awesome software :)

I’m having a strange error pop-up. It seems to happen whenever a post is ‘too long’.

I pasted in an article I wrote the other day and it popped up with an error (ajax nonce check failed)

And it takes me back to the login screen. Strange.

So then I log back in and post just part of the article and it works just fine. Then I add a bit

more and it still works just fine. But after I get to a certain point it creates that error and takes

me back to the login page as if the post were ‘too long’.

 

Not really sure what’s going on. Any thoughts?

Some of my members are experiencing the same thing.

what is a large post??  its possible you are exceeding your php max post size setting…

Probably around 1800 words.

What’s the max? Am I able to increase it?

We don’t have a limit. But php does or at least a setting in php.ini that could control it. Think it’s max post size or post max size. But 1800 words sounds low. It would be a setting in kilobytes or megabytes. Would be worth checking your php setting.
