I do not understand what happened, on 10/16 I was publishing in the forum without problems and the editor of TinyMCE was working, the next day, without any changes being made to the site, the publisher simply disappeared, I already did everything. Another issue is that when I edit, it seems that the editor is with the html option active. After this problem, I can not use the MENTIONS in the forum, can anyone help me?

well, things wont just stop working... if software is nothing else, its repeatable... given the same inputs, you will get the same answer...

so need some more info...  you say nothing changed, but perhaps wp update or wp theme or plugins (wp or sp)??

any caching or CDN?

cant really read the text there since I dont speak the language...  anything in the server php error log?  or perhaps on forum - toolbox - error log?  only interested in errors for the latter...

and finally, do you have a link to your site so we can inspect the html and js there?

Worth noting that usually, if TinyMCE fails for some reason, then you would not be able to enter any text at all.

So just to eliminate the most basic cause - go to your SP profile and select Options > Edit Posting Options - and make sure that you DO have the TinyMCE editor selected and have not changed this setting by mistake.

There was no change, until I deactivated many plugins to try to understand what happened and nothing. And about the plugin being enabled, this one Yes After the problem, I put it in plain text mode, because my users were having problems editing the posts because it was only appearing editing in html. What do I need to send to you? So that they can verify what happened? A user?

My site is: https // http://www.videoaula-eliascout.....nho.com.br

The forum is inside only appears for registered members, so I asked if I need to create a users for you.

Sorry for English, I do not speak the language, I'm using google translate.

I created a user to access my site, but I could not send it to your private one. What should I do?

Could you please create an account so that we can log in and see the forum behaviour. Please send a PM to both myself (Yellow Swordfish) and Mr Papa.

It helps if you can include links to not just your forum but also to this topic so we can get to it quickly to re-read what has been said. A brief reminder of the problem is also very helpful.

Bear in mind however, we will need the tinyMCE plugin to be installed and active and selected for the accounts use.

I can not send a private message to any of you. I've tried two different browsers and it does not work. When I start typing, it does not complete the name and even though I put the entire user name, it does not work. To enter this forum for the safari, I had to remember my password and the email is coming all unconfigured, I found the link to redo my password through the middle of the email, but something is wrong. How do I send access? By private message, it is not working.Captura-de-Tela-2017-10-18-às-20.14.56.pngImage EnlargerCaptura-de-Tela-2017-10-18-às-20.15.36.pngImage EnlargerCaptura-de-Tela-2017-10-18-às-20.19.47.pngImage Enlarger

Yes - I have that problem too. Apologies for that. This is one of the things that are difficult about using alpha software - those little things that need correcting. I have open3ed a bug report on that.

So - can you send an email using our contact link in the sidebar beneath the login at the top.

OK - I have logged ina nd can get to the forum but as I said above - TinyMCE does need to be active to allow for diagnosis if the problem.

You also have this error showing up: https://developer.mozilla.org/.....ter_return

This means there is some code somewhere on the site that is badly formed and cuisine this problem. Personally I have not seen this before and sadly the error message gives nil details of where to look. But this might potentially be the culprit perhaps.
