I finally managed to build myself a little forum on meija.de However my normal adds didn’t work so I had to remove them. Im using wp-insert. Anyone having a good tip to make ads look normal with simple-press?
Afraid I have absolutely no idea what wp_insert is. It us certainly NOT a standard WordPress function.
But – putting Ad code into your forums is very easy because SP is temp,ate driven.

wp-insert is a WP plugin for inserting ads and also does a few other things.
I have never used it but I would think the display above or below the content option should work.
If you want to display an ad within the forum pages then it would probably require the use of shortcodes or php to place them where you want in your SP theme.
