title for a reply??? can you explain the use case?  the topic has a title, replies are for that topic… if you want a different topic (ie different title), why not create a new topic?  just trying to understand how that would work…

In some forum you can write title for all post and can find post by title on google, it’s good if you share joke on your forum like mine.

But it’s ok, i just use h2 for title and find it by post on google.

still not following you… but try a few things…

first, the page title is normally put on by your wp theme… 

if each reply had a title, you would have many titles for a single topic (depends on how many posts per page in topic view)…  and they would be buried deep in the page… h2 tags or not, they arent likely to show up on search results… just not understanding how this would help, but maybe still missing something…
