When I click on the tools I get an empty menu with a “0” in it. When I click on the subscriptions button or the watch button I get a message that says “Access denied – are you logged in?”
I am logged in, so I am not sure what the problem is.

It sounds like any AJAX requests are failing and if that is the case this would be down to a probable conflict with a javascript script from another plugin or Wp theme.
But before that – you are getting quite a few errors being reported in the browser console regarding mixed use of http and https. That suggests that maybe you have not fully set up the website to be https. Have you fully completed this process? Do the two urls in the WP admin > Settings > General set correctly?
