Topics with unread posts error

After I changed the server timezone from UCZ to PST, 7 posts that I have read and even clicked “marked as read” keeps going back to “new posts”. Is there any way to fix this?

There is no connection between timezone and the new post list.

So – are you running a WP cacheing plugin?

Then that is probably the problem, Plugins like Total Cache are assuming static data like blog posts – but forums are not like that they are changing all of the time and different users get to see different data. So you can not cache it the same way.

You need to exclude the forum page from ALL types of the caching plugin that you are using.
