When you say ‘2) When people disconnect my theme is off’, do you mean when users are logged out? If so, I’m not having a problem viewing your forum as a guest. Is this reported by other’s or just something you’re experiencing?

Are you running any caching plugins at all?

Probably unrelated but just to add you should really change your forum timezone to something other than UTC as it’s known to cause issues. Although it’s a WordPress setting It’s not really supported by them in the same way as location based timezones are.

a link would also be more useful than images so we can look for obvious conflicts…

I just check all is update. I currently using my old silver member SP plugins (Announce, Editor TinyMCE Rich Text , Google XML Sitemap, Maintenance Mode, Mentions , Post Preview , Ranks Information , Report Post, Template Tags and Widgets) When i said people disconnect i mean user are logged out. They can seen forums, but not under my premium theme. And when they are login, theme is displayed. All user reported the same problem. I running a plugin cache : WP Fastest Cache

caching is bad… unless your caching plugin is smart enough to figure out that the forum pages are dynamic…  havent seen on yet that is… they all assume a wp page is static which is not a good assumption or requirement…

so can you exclude caching for the wp page the forum is on?

I followed your advice and forums are ok now (for those connected and those not). Thanks you . 

There remains the problem to access the profile and the one with « Order Groups and Forums »

access profile?  wp or sp profile?  what do you mean impossible to go to?  what happens?

are you using css caching?  forum – options – global settings?  perhaps try disabling…

Did you try and disable CSS caching as Steve suggested in post #8?

Another thing to try although it probably wont have any impact is rebuilding the profile tabs in Forum > Toolbox > Housekeeping > Rebuild Default Profile Tabs.

You most probably have a JavaScript conflict – your wp theme or another plugin – which needs to be fixed. This codex article explains what this means and what to look for:

If you know how to use the script console built into your browser then you will see any errors being generated and can paste them here for us to look at.

In fact – start by turning off cloudflare to see of that solves things…
