Trouble adding new topics

Having trouble adding new topics and replies. All was working fine until recently. Saw comment that mentioned disabling pretty boxes. Where is this option found?

Hey Adam, I noticed you said that disabling pretty checkboxes worked for you in the other thread. Does that mean this is resolved?
