Hey guys,

I made a quick video of the issues I am having after performing the update which you can view here.

Any assistance is much appreciated.

Thank you! :)

Thanks for you quick reply.

After updating, the forum lost all its design. All the components, content etc. are there, but they're all jumbled around.

The video does a better job of showing what's wrong. lol

Travel safe!!!

let's start with going to the forum admin > toolbox > housekeeping and running the option to reset the CSS cache and Script cache (bottom right).

That might be all you need but come on back after that. Oh - you ought to also clear the browser cache before you reload the forum page as well.

first, try turning off the caching.... forum - options - global settings...  probably wont help but worth the effort...

second, try switching to the css only theme instead of default... your host may have blocked (a very, very small number do) php parsing of css files... if you need the css only theme, you can get it from our theme download page...

Excellent! and thank you!

Turning off the caching…. forum – options – global settings did the trick.

Things are back to normal - great help!
