I just noticed that the link on my website’s backend to the simple:press settings is missing. I tried navigating directly to the page (http://doingenglish.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=simple-forum) but just get this message:
“You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.”
… any idea?
I managed to access the settings by going to:
http://doingenglish.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=simple-press%2Fadmin%2Fpanel-plugins%2Fspa-plugins.php
(Got a link after updating a SP plugin).
There’s still no link to the forum on the side bar (in the wordpress admin) though.

I’m a bit confused. How did you get the URL to navigate to the admin page if you can’t access it from the menu? And why does the URL contain simple-forum? Sorry if missing something.
You most likely have some kind of conflict in the admin panel, can you check the browser console to see if you’re getting any errors / conflicts?
Also, is everything up to date i.e WP and WP plugins, SP and Sp plugins?
