I am not sure what you want me to do here, as I explained in the PM we would need login details sent to each admin here (this means a username and password) so having the email is really irrelevant.

Ok, but I wasn’t aware of who the people were. Did he tell me the three people? I’m new to posting here but then I noticed the 3 people at the bottom, so I do apologise. I’ll PM Yellow now as well.  Have you thought of having a group with one PM? Maybe it exists and I haven’t see it.

It’s no problem for us, I am out currently so can’t take a look right now, also Mr Papa is in a different timezone, so sending the login details to all of us should give better response times.

If nobody is able to check I will see to it as soon as I am home.

afraid we cannot do much with that account… its needs to be an sp admin in order to access the sp admin panels…  please go to forum – admins – manage admins and add that account with all the capabilities…
