Hi.  In my forum group (I only have one group), I have set Guest Mode to the Limited Access permission set and included "Can Upload Images in Posts" to that permission set.  However, I cannot see the Upload Attachments link in Guest Mode.  I can only see it when I'm logged in.  I have flushed all the caches in Housekeeping and cleared my own browser caches, but I still don't see the Upload Attachments link when viewing through an Incognito window.  Please help.  I don't want my users to have to log in to upload pictures.

I am afraid users who are not logged in can not upload images. There is the obvious problem that anybody could then upload all kinds of unwanted images (and would). But the system also needs a user account to link the uploads to which, of course, does not exist for a guest user.

I see.  I had turned off registrations because I was getting a bazillion spam registrations.  If I turn it back on, what is the best way to avoid spam registrations?

you can use the built in math spam prevention or use out captcha add on plugin...  the former makes users answer a math question before they can register (prevents bots)...  the captcha plugin makes them drag a requested image into a drop area...

Thanks.  I think I'll stick with guests.  I purchased the file uploader plugin without realizing it wouldn't work for guests.  Could I uninstall it and switch it for the TinyMCE Editor plugin instead?

I think we can allow that.

I can send you a zip file of the plugin. Do I send that to the same email address with which you are registered here?

Hi.  I have checked my spam and trash folders, and I am not finding the email you sent.

I just changed the email address on my account.  Could you please try again?
