I know I am probably missing something simple but please would you confirm if this is normal behavior?
Screenshot 1 shows my account logged in as admin and the file displays, but Screenshot 2 as guest or standard member the attachment doesn’t show.
Screenshot 3 shows my file uploads settings page.
You probably need to turn on the permission that allows your users to download such attachments. See the permission ‘Can download other file type attachments’ – should be in the ‘Viewing’ section. Turn it on for those permission sets where it is appropriate to do so.
