Well there you go I suppose.. Any way you can remove just the widget itself without removing/upsetting the theme?

I removed all the widgets, still having the issue, weird it only affects admins and not users

but thank-you ike, I will forward this on the the theme developer and see if he has a suggestion, I know he updated this morning and people were complaining about widgets being messed up, not sure if this has something to do with it

have to wonder if the author assumed it would only be loaded on the wp new post admin page…  often a mistake plugin authors make in not realizing the wp editor api fully support front end loading…
