The user profiles are appearing to have “member” and “members” on the profile posts pages.

This will come down to what rank, special rank and usergroup this user is part of. My guess would be that their rank is ‘Member’ and their usergroup is ‘Members’..
You could create badges for these ranks to make them appear different from the user group, or you can show or hide however much of this you want to by editing the spTopicViewDesktop.php file in sp-resources > forum-themes > reboot > templates > desktop.
In the section
# Column 1 of the post row (Line 131)
you will find all things part of displaying the user portion of a post, and you can remove or edit them as you please. We do recommend making a Child Theme though, as when you edit the reboot theme directly you will loose changes when it’s updated.
With all the settings available, I think we just didn’t get to that one yet.
