All was in order for users when registering, we have the image drag n drop and the math both working.   As of now users are unable to register. No matter what I try and register with and click submit nothing seems to happen.  I feel like there is some kind of error that should appear but nothing is showing.  Trying to pinpoint whether it’s the update to WP or SP has caused this.

I deactivated all captcha plugins and branding plugins to test and still not working.  I’ve left them on now as is for your viewing.

If you could take a look, that would be much appreciated.
